Bruce was asked to create a garden at a contemporary and stylish barn conversion in rural Devon. The design needed to incorporate  a series of terraces that led down to the front door from the parking. A design for a water feature was included which is crossed as one approaches the door. The planting palette is modern, arranged in large swathes of mono-planting to create a contrast to the abundant rural surrounds. At the rear of the house a large family garden is designed with a living terrace leading from the kitchen down to a lawn and it's surrounding beds .
